Note from the Belgian owners:
Since February 2019, Casa do Oleiro became our holiday home. We expanded and upgraded this lovely house. We want to share it with the “world” as a short to medium holiday rental house.
A personal contact is important to us, we rent the Casa only via this site.
We have a local contact person on island making sure of smooth arrival and departure.
We apply a monthly rental rate of EUR 650.00 irrespective of the number of effective days spent at the house. We want to restrict incoming and outgoing guests to one per month or for longer periods.
Important parts of the rental agreement (download here):
- Maximum 2 persons (one queen size bed).
- The monthly rate must be paid before the 5th of each month. Water and gas consumption are included.
- Electricity consumption to be paid at (each) month end.
- Wireless Wi-Fi 4G via Internet provider Meo included.
- At end of stay, a clean-up fee of 50 EUR applies which will be deducted from the deposit.
